This position performs administration, maintenance, and support functions for Washington State University’s Imaging System. Incumbent works with business users to understand requirements for changes to the system and work with software development staff, IT infrastructure, and other organizations to make, test, and implement changes. Performs definitive tasks to ensure security standards for protection of system and data are met. Develop both system and end user documentation, and work with help desk to document processes for application management and troubleshooting.
Positions require a Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years professional experience. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Document Imaging experience.
Experience in higher education.
Experience supporting and/or working with large student information systems.
Kofax Ascent Capture certifications and experience.
Oracle IPM certifications and experience.
Background or working knowledge of .NET, C# and Visual Studio software development languages is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to develop quality documentation.
Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
