Pomona College is looking for a Senior Event Coordinator to work with the Director, Public Programming and College Events and an integrated team committed to delivering high-quality events, conferences and programming to the College’s internal and external audiences. The Coordinator works collaboratively with colleagues in the planning and production of events, conferences and other public programming of various kinds, themes, purposes, sizes, and locations (some of which may take place off-campus), and maintains standards of excellence for public programs, conferences and events organized by the College.

Bachelor’s degree is preferred.  A valid driver’s license is required or equivalent means of reliable transportation to off-site meetings and events.  Three years of event planning or combination of event planning and other administrative and public relations jobs, preferably in a college environment.
