Direct the undergraduate Philosophy program including academic oversight, administration, assessment, recruitment of adjunct faculty in both the traditional and degree completion programs and recruitment of students to the program;
Teach courses in Philosophy, History, and Religious Studies, consistent with areas of specialization and based on curricular needs in traditional undergraduate and degree completion programs;
Engage with the FPU community in a broad discussion, across disciplines, about the philosophical implications of Christian higher education, especially in the Evangelical and Anabaptist traditions;
Develop and expand curricular options based on a careful program review;
Participate in scholarly, departmental, and university activities.
