Monitors and reviews administrative areas to ensure a smooth work flow and that University standards are met.
Serves as an informational resource for coaches, administrators and staff, investigate and resolves problems and difficulties within each area.
Assists University staff, students and external vendors; answer questions and provide information.
Gathers and analyzes financial information for sports and administrative areas activities and produces reports.
Will assist the Director of Business Operations with preparation of audit materials.
Will work with game operations staff to insure that agreed-to procedures are being followed, especially in regards to payments of officials.
May supervise student workers.
Work with coaches & other staff to determine their cash advance & debit card needs.
Reconciles staff University credit card purchases on a monthly basis.
Will work with coaches, administrators and staff on processing travel expense reports (within the travel module system) related to team, personal & recruiting travel to ensure University compliance.
Will process daily deposits for monies received directly through the ICA Business Office.
Requires nine months of coursework or training beyond high school in Business Administration and three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and expertise.
Knowledge of University financial system, including the travel module, Banner, and Buyway.
Experience within Intercollegiate Athletics and administration.
