Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Development Services, performs complex data analysis and creates reports and lists from databases. Uses web based research tools to update constituent data in the Raiser’s Edge. Writes and creates programs for data extracts and imports.
Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field plus one year of experience directly related to the Summary of Duties or any combination of higher education and work experience related to the Summary of Duties totaling three years.
Programming skills preferred.
Knowledge of dashboards, business intelligence, databases and data management.
Knowledge of Development Office procedures and various fund raising activities and events.
Knowledge of training and communication techniques.
Knowledge of web-based research techniques and procedures.
Knowledge of Access or other database programs.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis in Excel.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and information.
