Saint Louis University, a Catholic, Jesuit institution dedicated to student learning, research, health care, and service, is seeking applicants for a post-doctoral fellow in the Edward A. Doisy Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, beginning in the spring of 2016. A post-doctoral position is now available in the laboratory of Dr. Enrico Di Cera to study the structure and function of the coagulation factor prothrombin.
Successful candidates are expected to be recent graduates with a Ph.D. in biochemistry, chemistry, or molecular biophysics. Documented experience in site-directed mutagenesis, rapid kinetics, single molecule spectroscopy and/or X-ray crystallography is required. Compensation will be based on experience, according to the NIH pay scale.
