This, less than part-time, position provides administrative support to the Director of the Health Thought Leadership Network (TLN) and the Health Thought Leadership Network.

The Program Assistant II is responsible for interfacing with other university offices, facilitating activities and event planning, managing the website and social media accounts of the network, assisting on research-related activities for faculty within the network as needed, servicing visitors, and may supervise the day to day activities of work study students and/or research assistants.

Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience Requirements)

Associates Degree, plus 1-2 years related work experience, including experience in event planning or research-related activities. Solid computer skills required (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, etc.). Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred. Experience with Blackboard and Drupel a plus.

Special Instructions to Applicants

This position is regularly scheduled to work 15 hours per week.
