Under general direction, presents educational programs and seminars to groups and individuals; provides system training to the University Medical Group’s (UMG) clinical departments and Practice Management Operation’s (PMO) employees; develops training materials and documentation; conducts quality control audits.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; supplemented with two (2) years of related experience. Direct experience in performing quality review analysis in billing and collection activities preferred.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Presents educational classes for patient accounting system job functions, and other areas, for the clinical departments and PMO employees.

Identifies and develops training and other programs to maintain quality of all PMO, such as collections, charge entry, registration, etc.; develops and conducts quality audit reviews; establishes quality control for the applicable areas.

Develops training documentation, including system hierarchy, functional system responsibilities, and technical reports; develops job function tools and documentation.

Completes projects, reports, and other duties as assigned.
