The College of Applied Sciences and Arts (ASA) at Southern Illinois University Carbondale is seeking qualified applicants for one or more Lecturer positions within ASA's School of Allied Health's Master of Health Administration (MHA) and Master of Health Informatics (MHI) programs beginning May 15, 2016. The intent of this announcement is to identify a pool of faculty for these programs. This is a variable time, term, non-tenure-track position that is contingent on available funding. Reappointment is possible based on performance, programmatic need and budget availability.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching health care administration/informatics courses at the graduate level with topics that include but are not limited to statistics, operations management in healthcare, healthcare economics, healthcare finance, healthcare operations, health information systems, health informatics and project management, and strategic planning in healthcare.
Responsibilities: To provide direct instruction via synchronous or asynchronous delivery with online technology. To participate in and complete course assessment activities for the MHA/MHI programs. Some travel may be required as part of the position.
