This position directs the Student Account Services staff and daily operations, with an objective of providing service and support to the University community. In addition, the position manages the financial components of student registration, returned checks and departmental physical security and budgeting operations. The supervised functions include: customer service/consumer information centers, cashiering, recording/ billing/collecting non-student accounts receivable and returned checks, and the administration of all University emergency loans.
