Quinnipiac University invites applications for the position of Human Resources Operations Coordinator. This key role will provide comprehensive, administrative support for all Human Resources processes related to HR operations and employee/labor relations. ThThe HR Operations Coordinator will also represent the Human Resources department across the campus by developing positive, collaborative relationships with employees and management.
Acts as a "customer service" resource and problem solver by answering employee requests and questions.
Track and send initial FMLA paperwork.
Track, prepare and file tuition waiver forms.
Maintain employee discount programs.
Process all terminations.
Schedule meetings, interviews and training for HR operations.
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
HR Certification (PHR) is highly desirable.
2 – 3 years of experience required in human resources.
Must possess the knowledge and technical skills to support semi-complex tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, excellent customer service and communication skills, highly organized, able to multi-task in a busy environment required.
