Work closely with Western faculty, administrative staff and students to develop curricular and co curricular programming to connect with the Individualized Studies major and with the Peabody Hall community.
Supervise the 3984 Western Center in Peabody Hall and its student employees. Focus on community building and work with faculty to develop co curricular activities. Serve as an ambassador for the Western Program by engaging in outreach activities to strengthen the relationship between the Western Program and wider Miami community.
Required: Degree from Miami University's Western Program or Western College Program completed by May 14, 2016; excellent communication (written, oral and digital) and organizational skills; experience in facilitating community programming in a unique residential setting; willingness to live full time in the residence hall (housing and meal plan provided) with evening and weekend availability.
