Visiting Assistant Professor or Instructor (Computational Thinking)
Visiting Assistant Professor or Instructor (Computational Thinking) position to teach and coordinate an Introduction to Computational Thinking course required of all business students. This position is full time with both teaching and course coordination responsibilities.
PhD (in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field) for appointment as a Visiting Assistant Professor; Master’s Degree (in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field) and industry experience for appointment as an Instructor; willingness and ability to teach logical thinking as an approach to problem solving through introductory programming logic concepts to business students; willingness and ability to demonstrate the uses of logic by common technologies business use for decision making.
Demonstrated teaching effectiveness, business experience in decision making related information technologies, and a graduate degree from a business school.
