BHCC seeks a versatile and motivated technical/functional Business Analyst/programmer with Ellucian (Datatel) Colleague experience to perform professional duties related to the review, assessment, development and operation of technology based business processes in the Student Financial Services office. This office includes both Financial Aid and Student Accounts business operations. Focus is on those operations requiring technological capabilities and support for Colleague and other related third-party services, as well as providing training and creating and maintaining user documentation. Reporting to the Executive Director of Student Financial Services, and working closely with the Information Technology Department, the Business Analyst will also support functionality online self-services, portal and other technological resources that promote fluid financial office processes.
