Job Summary

Supervises the activities of the two units that comprise Enterprise Systems that are responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the servers (Windows and Linux) and the applications that reside on the servers (Oracle, Banner, administrative apps and academic applications). Responsible for all Enterprise Systems personnel, including 2 direct supervisory reports and 10 indirect reports. Responsible for overall Enterprise Systems project management for the many initiatives related to improving the college's server infrastructure, such as Oracle/Banner upgrades; data storage and backup; and server upgrades and installations.  

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree. Minimum 5 years of experience working in the IT field with at least 2 years of formal management/leadership experience is required.  

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree preferred. Experience leading IT staff dedicated to ERPs and associated enterprise-wide systems preferred. Experience leading IT staff in higher education preferred.
