Detailed Job Description

This position serves in a highly visible function reporting to the Director, Recruiting and Employer Relations to manage employer events above and beyond traditional campus recruiting. Provides exceptional customer service by managing employer events for Bentley’s key corporate partners who are seeking to hire Bentley students for internships and full-time jobs. The employee is a key member of the Employer Relations team within Career Services and acts as the first point of contact for a large number of corporate and recruiting partners. This candidate will be able to advise students on the use of our internal BentleyLink (student job search and career workshop) system

Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience Requirements)

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a business degree) plus at least 3 years of experience in a business setting, event planning or relevant career services’ experience. Ideally the candidate has strong Excel, PowerPoint and Social Media knowledge and skill. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work comfortably and effectively in a fast-paced environment, good listening skills and excellent attention to detail.

Must hold and maintain a valid, unrestricted United States driver’s license, with an insurable driving history as determined by Bentley’s insurance carrier.
