Detailed Job Description

The Research Project Coordinator assists the director in the creative/content formulations of the program and is responsible for doing research.

Additional Department Summary:

This position will be working with Service Learning Pro (a comprehensive web-based database administered by CESR and the Community Service Center through which faculty and staff, students, and community partners can communicate, manage, and track both volunteer and service learning relationships). In addition, this position will be assisting with development, implementation, and maintenance of other community and social justice-based CESR initiatives.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher. One year of administrative, project coordination/management, or related experience. Student or Graduate Assistant, Intern, or student oriented experience will be considered. To be considered student experience, it must be detailed in the employment section on the application.Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 21 years of age and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report as determined by the insurance carrier.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications:

Successful candidates will exhibit excellent communication skills (both oral and written); the ability to balance multiple complex projects simultaneously and work well under pressure; strong problem-solving and organizational skills. The candidate must also be dynamic, engaging, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Student based experience will be considered. 56 Monthly (exempt): - Minimum - $ 29120.04 Midpoint - $ 40767.96
