Morgan State University’s Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management invites applications for a tenure track Assistant/Associate Professor of Management position effective Fall Semester 2016.  The School seeks a scholar with teaching and research interests in Human Resources Management.

Position Qualifications:  The successful candidate must:

1)    Have a PhD or equivalent degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Management, or      
       Business Administration from an AACSB accredited institution before the date of employment.

2)    Provide evidence of teaching competence (e.g., student evaluations) and have the potential for excellence  
       in scholarly research.

Position Responsibilities: The successful candidate will teach courses in the Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior curriculum areas.  The primary teaching assignment will be in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, in-residence and online.  The faculty member is also expected to maintain a consistent publication record in premier scholarly journals, demonstrate teaching competence, and provide some departmental, college, and university service.  Experience in online instruction is desirable.
