Under general supervision, obtains and enters database information; analyzes and interprets data; prepares reports; may coordinate the work of students.
Knowledge of preparing and maintaining computerized databases
Interpersonal/human relations skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate a personal computer and various software packages
Ability to prepare and generate reports
Ability to maintain files
Ability to maintain confidentiality
High school diploma or equivalent with one (1) year of additional specialized training; supplemented with one (1) year of relevant work experience.
Obtains and enters data into databases; maintains and updates databases
Prepares and generates reports using data maintained in departmental databases; writes computer programs used to analyze data; analyzes and interprets data and reports.
Assists staff and or faculty members in analyzing data for the purposes of planning and conducting research.
Additional duties as required.
