Saint Louis University, a Catholic, Jesuit institution dedicated to student learning, research, healthcare and service, is seeking applicants for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. The Department has 28 full-time faculty members, over 300 undergraduate majors, and 100 graduate students. Doctoral programs are offered in Industrial-Organizational, Experimental, and Clinical Psychology. The IO Program consists of five faculty positions and 25 graduate students. We seek an individual who is qualified by accomplishments and potential to help advance our well-regarded, scientist-practitioner IO program in the national rankings. Requirements include: a Ph.D. in IO psychology, evidence of teaching effectiveness, and a record of research publication. Individuals with ABD status who will complete the degree within the next year will also be considered. The start date for the position is flexible. Teaching responsibilities will include courses at both the graduate and undergraduate level.
