Miami University’s Hamilton Campus seeks a Visiting Assistant Professor/Instructor for Fall 2016 to teach courses in the Kinesiology and Health program. Miami University Hamilton (MUH) is an open-admissions, regional campus. It offers bachelor and associate degrees in the College of Professional Studies and Applied Sciences as well as beginning coursework for most four-year degrees at Miami University.
Depending on the person’s area of expertise, the successful candidate will teach some of the following courses: Motor Skill Learning and Performance, Physical Activity and Health, Health Issues for Children, Personal Health, Fundamentals of Nutrition. The successful candidate is also expected to advise students and engage in appropriate professional, institutional, or community service.
Doctorate in Kinesiology, Health or related field (for appointment as Visiting Assistant Professor), Master's (for appointment as Instructor).
