Under the general direction of the Director of Retail Operations this position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the WSU retail outlet in downtown Everett, WA. The position performs administrative duties, manages assigned personnel with the assistance of the Director of Retail Operations, and provides on-site sales leadership.
Positions require a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and two (2) years of progressively responsible relevant experience. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Experience in the use of POS systems.
Experience in sales and retail visual merchandising.
Experience with stock control procedures.
Strong interest in higher education and the ability to educate customers on unique atmosphere and expectations of the WSU store.
Ability to motivate sales staff in high paced environment.
Familiarity with WSU.
