Under direction of Associate Director of Development Services, creates complex reports in Crystal Reports, maintains and modifies existing custom Crystal Reports, creates lists and reports in Raiser’s Edge, performs data analytics to identify data anomalies and/or problems, installs Raiser’s Edge products on various IT platforms, and assists in supervising and prioritizing projects for Part Time employees in Development Services.
Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate’s degree in a related field plus two years of related experience OR a combination of relevant experience and education totaling four years.
Knowledge of Development Services industry reporting standards preferred.
Knowledge of SQL and scripts preferred.
Knowledge of databases, data analysis, and data hygiene practices required.
Report writing and programming for complex custom reports required.
Must know best practices and industry standards for Development Services reporting.
Strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in complex report writing for management tools required.
Strong data management skills and data hygiene skills required.
Effective management skills preferred.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and information.
Ability to identify problems, and recommend/provide solutions.
