Requires graduate level research knowledge and skills, such as reviewing and analyzing scholarly literature, data collection, qualitative data analysis, specified information-gathering for projects and tasks, and synthesizing literature and data in writing. Performs a combination of clerical tasks such as maintaining records; receiving, preparing, or verifying documents; searching for and compiling information and/or data; developing and updating spreadsheets, and responding to routine requests with standard answers (by phone, in person, or by correspondence).
