Detailed Job Description

The Coordinator of Student Recruitment will be responsible for student identification, tracking, monitoring and retention of students. The person will serve as a resource person for applicants to promote enrollment and as a mentor for students to assure progression in and graduation from the program. The person will be responsible for planning and implementing orientation for new and continuing students each year. The person will maintain accurate records for enrolled students and potential applicants and for the program. Travel will be necessary in order to perform the duties of this job.

Additional Department Summary:

This position will work with students in the EdD program.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work experience in college admissions, student recruitment, public relations, marketing, sales, or other relevant field; or Master's degree.

Skills and Knowledge:

Must be able to effectively use standard business application software (including word processing, spreadsheet, & database management software---such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access).

Preferred Qualifications:

Prefer a degree in communications/public relations, business administration. 57 Monthly (exempt): - Minimum - $ 32614.44 Midpoint - $ 47299.20
