Detailed Job Description

The Facilities Project Manager is responsible for providing administrative and project management support for construction project implementation, design management, asset management, and planning studies undertaken by the Department of Facilities Planning & Construction.  

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, business management, or related field required.

Five years of progressively responsible experience within the construction management and/or project management fields required.

Three years AutoCAD/BIM/Revit experience preferred.

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required.

Ability to interact effectively with diverse groups within the college community.

Knowledge of Facilities Management Software.

Knowledge of laws, rules, regulations and codes applicable to health and safety, construction processes and products and equipment.

Knowledge of building codes and standards of practice.
