Under the direction of Upward Bound/Educational Talent Search Director, work within excel and database programs to manage participant information and track Alumni students to ascertain how many students received their Bachelors degree or higher. Other duties include; creating data reports, working with coordinators on Annual Report submission, and all other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED required and 1 year related experience.
Knowledge of office methods and techniques.
Knowledge of computer applications including spreadsheets, e-mail, and database.
Skills in office methods and procedures.
Skills in software applications including Excel, e-mail, and databases.
Skills in interpersonal communication both verbal and written.
Skills in records Management.
Ability to perform a variety of tasks with minimal supervision.
