Manage and or perform the administrative functions of the EVP’s office
Manage support responsibility for projects/programs of the EVP’s office
Conduct research/complete special projects as assigned on issues and problems.
Maintain internal communication with appropriate staff and administrators throughout the District office as well as the Campuses and sites; respond to inquiries in accordance with established procedures.
Manage and/or conduct all office duties related to facilitating the workflow involved with the Office of the EVP, including scheduling, travel, expense reports, etc.
Assist the EVP with the budgeting process of the EVP’s office and offices directly reporting to the EVP
Assist with the compilation and maintenance of Board Policies associated with FBS
Manage FBS’s preparation and compilation of materials for the Board of Trustee committee meetings
Manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Performs other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/TRAINING
Associate’s Degree and/or equivalent experience
Minimum five years of administrative support experience
Executive level administrative support experience
Experience preparing and monitoring budgets
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES
Strong follow-up and follow through skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word , Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Detailed oriented with exemplary organization skills
High level of confidence, integrity and motivation
Able to multi task and work well under pressure
Must be proactive, responsive and resourceful
Highly flexible and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Must consistently demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and discretion

Standard College hours of operation, Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
