Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree supplemented with three (3) years of related experience or equivalent combination required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Designs, implements, analyzes and communicates results of qualitative and quantitative research, assessment and evaluation studies; creates and maintain divisional report inventories.

Designs and develops standardized operational and management reports for relevant stakeholders. Provides research analysis for queries relating to recruitment, retention, enrollment management, market viability, program evaluation and capacity analysis; assists in providing extracts, analysis and reports for divisional stakeholders; coordinates planning and communication of recruitment efforts with admission management to maximize the matriculation of students eligible to participate in specific programmatic areas; assists with marketing plan and start-up of new markets or programs; communicates with counselors, faculty, and other leaders; assists with program/course development.

Applies analytical methods to existing University data sources to assist in enrollment and retention initiatives; identifies, develops, and cultivates recruitment territory; develops recruitment strategies; establishes market aims, targets, and niches; supervises staff in domestic initiatives.

Facilitates positive University and community partnerships; conducts workshops designed for training faculty, staff, and students during the set-up of new programs; manages contracts, budgets, and cost analysis; and training for stakeholders in usage of enrollment reporting resources

Assists with development of strategies and tactics utilizing data to expand currents markets focusing on domestic and international areas; contributes to overall enrollment and retention of students; performs other duties as assigned.
