Establishes and administers programs for recruitment of students in undergraduate programs. Develops programs and marketing materials. Visits schools and makes presentations to groups and individuals.
Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree in a related field plus one year of experience directly related to the Summary of Duties or a combination of education and experience totaling five years.
Must work evenings and weekends as required.
Out-of-state travel required.
Knowledge of student recruitment, admission and retention strategies.
Skills in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
Skills in configuration and use of computerized database programs.
Organizing and coordinating skills.
Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
Ability to develop, plan, and implement short-and long-range goals.
Ability to plan and evaluate programs.
Ability to analyze course prerequisites, certification, and/or curriculum/graduation requirements.
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
