Under the direct supervision of the Admissions Mailroom and Call Center Manger, the Temporary Admissions Mail Assistant processes Admissions departmental mailings relating to the recruitment of prospective students. The TAMA prepares large mailings for use in off-campus recruiting, and special departmental mailings within a fixed time-frame. Assists in transporting materials around the college as needed. Also, assists in accepting office shipments as well as keeping tack of inventory, reporting to the supervisor when materials are low or depleted. Maintains work area entailing the movement of heavy boxes to utilize available workspace. Responsible for processing daily Admissions mail in an accurate and efficient way to maintain deadlines and productivity. This position will also complete other duties as assigned by the AMCCM and the Director of Admissions Marketing.
