Detailed Job Description

Under general supervision, collects recyclable materials from designated areas throughout the campus.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED plus six months to one year of related experience is required.


Knowledge of recycling policies and procedures.


Skills in moving and carrying recycling objects.


Ability to understand and follow safety procedures.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.

Ability to communicate the recycling program effectively with University personnel.

Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects.

Pay Range

$9.00 - $11.25 per hour
