This position performs administrative support functions to assist with the Management department’s operations and activities and as such will support departmental faculty with particular attention to adjuncts. It also provides support to the Bentley MBA studio. The Administrative Coordinator will serve as the face of the department to those who interface with the Management department.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two years of university and two or three years of working experience in a busy office.
Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and be able to anticipate needs of the chair and faculty within the department.
College Degree preferred.
