Duties: Benedictine University is currently accepting applications for a full-time, nine-month, tenure-track faculty position of Assistant Professor- Operations Management/Project for MBA Program in the College of Business. The individual will be responsible for advising graduate students in the MBA/MS in Accountancy/MS in Management Information Systems programs and participating in professional, university and community service to advance the local and international MBA program.

Qualifications: The successful candidate is expected to have a terminal or DBA in the area of operations management, project management or supply chain management. The candidate must have demonstrated excellence in teaching and scholarship, commitment to graduate education, and communication and interpersonal skills sufficient to work effectively with a diverse array of students and colleagues. Significant business or managerial experience is required. Candidate must be able to integrate real world experience with academic theory.
