Full-Time Associate Director of Business Systems for Enrollment Services: (Non-Unit Professional) Start Date: Anticipated January 2016
The Associate Director of Business Systems for Enrollment will serve as a member of the Business Systems Team under the leadership of the Director of Business Systems for Academic and Student Affairs and will support the areas of Enrollment Services Admissions and Financial Aid.
NECC is seeking an experienced professional to provide analysis, design, and implementation of business processes, applications, and upgrades within Enrollment Services and will lead or be a team member on projects across multiple information systems and functional areas within Enrollment Services.
This individual will serve as a productive member of the Business Systems team, working to meet the goals of Enrollment Services and the college as a whole, s/he will:
Bachelor's Degree required with a minimum of five years' experience working in a technical support position. Must have experience with data analysis, report writing, and application support. Must have knowledge of technology as it relates to student information systems. Outstanding communication skills are required, both verbal and written with strong interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with ethnic, cultural, socially diverse populations and a multi-campus environment.
Preferred experience with Banner, PeopleSoft, or Datatel, 25Live, DegreeWorks, Catalog Management, Argos.
$55,000 - $70,000 with complete fringe benefits package. Actual salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
