• Develop and oversee training for clinical supervisors, faculty, school-based educators, university students, and other affected personnel using the LiveText Field Experiences Management Module (FEM) of the Clinical Assessment System
• Work closely with the College of Education Dean’s office, the Office of Student Services, the Office of Clinical Experiences, and College of Education Department Heads in assuring the unit wide digital Clinical Assessment System plan
• Advise Student Services and academic areas to assure compliance with CAEP standards/Alabama state standards with the digital Clinical Assessment Plan
• Oversee implementation of digital Clinical Assessment System across the College of Education unit
• Research, test, and implement technologies necessary for the success of the digital system
• Advise and update clinical faculty/supervisors involved with digital system
• Evaluate digitized clinical assessment system on a routine basis; recommend and implement necessary improvements
• Supervise student interns
• Teach courses in elementary or secondary education
• Provide service to the program, within the University, to state and local education agencies, and to relevant professional organizations

This is a 12 month, non-tenure track position. Position is contingent on available funding. This position will be renewed annually based on performance and funding.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Earned doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction
• 3 years minimum P-12 teaching experience
• 1 year minimum teaching in higher education
• Evidence of scholarly potential
• Ability to teach courses and supervise student interns in
• Demonstrated ability to integrate technology into instruction including alternative delivery models
• Experience using a digital management system
• Current Alabama Educator Certification
