Quinnipiac University invites applications for the position of Educational Program Coordinator of the Anesthesiologist Assistant Program.
Handles correspondence with students.
Responds to requests from applicants concerning detailed program information.
Responds to requests for information and applications, enters leads.
Produces accurate statistics concerning inquiries, applications and matriculation.
Coordinates the admissions process.
Coordinates campus visits and interviews for students.
Coordinates marketing effort.
Coordinates student placement at clinical sites.
Maintains clinical contracts, manages renewals.
Coordinates purchase orders.
Processes and submits travel and other expenses .
Coordinates Student orientation.
Coordinates classrooms and teaching resources.
Proctors exams as needed.
Produces graphical representations of exam scores and clinical evaluations.
Coordinates outside instructors and assists with handouts and presentations for students.
Working with the Program directors, manages correspondence and produces reports for accrediting organizations.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
Experience working in educational programs or equivalence.
Enjoys working with graduate students.
