The Access Services and Document Delivery Supervisor staffs and supervises the circulation/reserve/and interlibrary loan operations of the QU Health Sciences Library. Trains and supervises student assistants. Duties include general check-out/check-in, holds, recalls, and fines functions of the Innovative Interfaces Circulation and Reserves modules. Responsibilities may include some weekend and evening hours.
Staffs and supervises the circulation/reserve/and interlibrary loan operations of the QU Health Sciences Library.
Responsible, with minimal supervision, for assessing, prioritizing, and implementing the daily work flow of complex activities related to borrowing and lending transactions for the Health Sciences Library interlibrary loan and document delivery operations.
General check-out/check-in, holds, recalls, and fines functions of the Innovative Interfaces Circulation and Reserves modules.
Trains and supervises student assistants.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience required.
Attention to detail, ability to work independently, communication and interpersonal skills, commitment to high level customer service required.
