Under general direction,manages fiscal budgeting, business plans, and financial accounts and operations; develops and implements policies and procedures; performs cost analyses; prepares statistical reports; supervises staff; manages human resource activities.

Bachelor’s degree; supplemented with three (3) years of related experience
Manages department financial accounts; approves transactions; reviews and maintains financial records; assures accurate and timely reporting procedures on fiscal activities; reviews bid proposals and invoice transactions; assists with resource distributions; oversees purchase, billing, account, cash handling, grant preparation and department technology activities.
Manages human resources activities; recruits faculty and staff, trains, and oversees activities of staff; assist with staff and faculty development. Oversees day to day functions of department.
Prepares, administers and analyzes the departmental budget issues; develops and administers financial policies; processes budget requests, justifications, expenses and revisions, monitor revenues and expenses.
Performs cost analyses and creative cost containment; identifies weak fiscal financial performance; recommends financial solutions and implements corrective action plans; develops and prepares statistical reports. Assists with development of strategic plans to ensure fiscal growth and solvency. Provides guidance to leaders, after assessing financial, personnel and logistics of business proposals.
Performs other duties as assigned.
