RECRUITMENT AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Working collaboratively with School of Music Administration/Faculty:
•Design and implement recruitment procedures directed towards prospective music majors from initial contact through application and decision-making to enrollment.
•Develop recruitment skills/knowledge base requirements for faculty/staff and coordinate training of these personnel.
•Manage correspondence with prospective students and their families to arrange on-campus visits, auditions, interviews, etc.
•Build and maintain relationships with on-campus as well as community constituencies (i.e., alumni, community music programs, high school music teachers and counselors, etc.).
