QU Online is looking for a dynamic individual with extensive corporate analytics skills to join a new training initiative. The Director for Analytics Training will teach corporate educational leadership training programs and contribute material for such program offered in an online or blended method to corporations and non-profit organizations. This position will interact with internal and external stakeholders to manage program development for analytics training.

- Develop e-learning and blended corporate analytics learning programs.
- Teach online and in-person analytics training programs.
- Interact effectively and efficiently with University personnel at all levels.
- Work with corporations and organizations to customize programs.
- Meet with potential customers as the subject matter expert as part of the sales process.
- Assist the Executive Director with other duties as required.
-Collaborates and communicates with different groups within and outside of Quinnipiac University
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
A minimum of 8 years of experience working with data integration, reporting and analysis systems
Strategic thinking; strong technical, decision-making and management skills; excellent analytical, communication and relationship building skills
The ability to train participants in analytics and reporting concepts as needed.
Demonstrated knowledge to produce and train participants in comprehensive data sets, documentation and dashboards and reports.
Understanding of different data systems.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines with limited direct supervision.
