About the School of Nursing:

The School of Nursing serves a growing population of more than 850 graduate and undergraduate students. In the newly constructed Center for Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences, we work with faculty colleagues to create inter-professional learning experiences that better prepare students for today's health-care challenges. As one of only a few schools in the nation to be holistically endorsed, we emphasize the psychosocial and spiritual aspects of care, as well as the physical.  The School of Nursing offers traditional, accelerated, and RN-to-BSN programs at the baccalaureate level. At the graduate level, our Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) programs prepare baccalaureate graduates to be nurse anesthetists or nurse practitioners specializing in adult-gerontology or families.
