Visiting Assistant Professor in the School of Music


School of Music

Full/Part Time





One-year, visiting appointment in the School of Music beginning Fall Term 2016.


Teach piano, piano-related courses, and academic courses; music theory or aural skills preferred. Remain active as a performing musician, including contributing to on-campus performances.


Doctor of Music required; ABD considered. Record of experience and accomplishment as a performing artist, both as soloist and collaborative musician, and promise as a pedagogue. Commitment to undergraduate teaching and liberal arts education.

Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
