The Data Analyst/HR Administrator will manage, organize and interpret financial and non-financial data; manage HR functions, to include personnel forecasts and budgets, increment process and contract administration to support the strategic initiatives and direction of the Farmer School of Business.
Control, manipulate and conduct statistical analyses of large data sets generating reports in a wide variety of areas;
Gather data and create dashboards in Tableau;
Analyze data sets and forecast enrollment demand and personnel resources;
Perform budget and strategic planning reports, using information drawn from the Oracle Business Intelligence and Banner enterprise systems;
Work with the Assistant Dean to create and establish policies and procedures as needed;
Work with the Assistant Dean to identify critical organizational needs;
Plan, organize, and complete special projects, reports and analyses related to HR;
Gather, analyze and submit data for industry surveys;
Manage summer and winter faculty contract process;
Approve payroll-related documents ensuring adherence to contracts and policies.
Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience in a business analysis, technology or related field;
Excellent communication skills.
Tableau and Oracle Business Intelligence experience
