Looking for a fast-paced, creative environment – in one of the most beautiful settings you can find? Then look no further, and apply to be part of the University Communications and Marketing team as a graphic designer. You will need to be a thinker, creator, problem-solver, and visual storyteller of our brand. At times you will need to capture a teen's attention throughout an 80-page viewbook. Other times, you'll imagine a postcard that will speak to them the moment they see it. In between, there will be pamphlets and posters, badges and brochures…all speaking to a teen, like a teen.
The University Marketing Graphic Designer will collaborate with appropriate staff and team members to design, edit, and prepare for production a variety of university marketing materials, primarily directed toward external audiences. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of the difference between designing for print pieces, environmental graphics, and websites/multimedia.
He/she will be expected to embrace our project management system in order to assist in managing project timelines and maintaining deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects. The successful candidate will be able to take/deliver creative feedback from/to colleagues who do not report directly to him/her, and will drive results while keeping projects on track.
