Under executive direction, identifies effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of clinical business and operations data; identifies, researches, and refines business processes to enhance operations; is responsible for a wide range of business efficiency considerations, including: schedule planning, diagnostics, integrity and utilization, completion of the monthly Operations Dashboard, Quality Dashboard, Provider Productivity metrics, Quality Metrics and SLUCare Strategic Metrics for all SLUCare clinics.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance/Statistics, or a related field supplemented with three (3) to five (5) years related experience.
Utilizes all components of EPIC, GE/IDX, FPSC and associated applications to implement complex statistical modeling and trending tools to produce data that will meet customer needs and provide outcome data; analyzes a wide array of input data such as but not limited to: physician schedule requirements, demographics of population being served, appointment trends, population management and quality metrics; uses historical, demographic and geographic as well as real time data to make informed recommendations and decisions that support operational quality.
Provides data analysis and detailed reports at the SLUCare, department and provider levels; provides detailed reports and analysis on all aspects of clinical operations, scheduling trends, customer/patient expectations, quality metrics, access and service, provider productivity, overall operations and quality improvement
Utilizes the SLUCare approach to analyze data; develops processes to report data to the correct person at the right time.
Works with directors/managers and clinicians in the design of process improvement; collaborates with other SLUCare analysts on data collection and results
