Under the direction of the Head Wrestling Coach, the Assistant Wrestling Coach will provide support to the head coach with administrative responsibility as well as coaching responsibility and player management.

  • Assist with administrative paperwork for the wrestling team and the athletics department.

  • Conduct conditioning sessions, practices and individual workouts for the student athletes.

  • Assist with recruiting new student athletes.

  • Conduct study halls and classroom academic checks.

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge of wrestling and recruiting.

  • Ability to pass NCAA compliance test within 90 days of employment.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work with culturally diverse populations.

  • Knowledge and ability to use video editing software.

  • Recruiting methodology.

  • Ability to work flexible hours.
