Detailed Job Description

The College Relations Coordinator is responsible for supporting and promoting the mission of the college by actively building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with the college's various constituents.

Additional Department Summary:

The College Relations Coordinator will develop strategic partnerships for Academic Outreach with Community College administrators, faculty, and staff. The position will also develop and implement recruitment plans for community college graduates in University of Alabama distance programs. Additionally, the position will serve as a liaison between Community Colleges and AO programming staff to address education and professional development needs of the community college faculty and staff.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of related experience; OR Master's degree.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications:

Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 21 years of age and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report as determined by the insurance carrier.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to develop relationships with key administrators in community colleges as well as with internal stakeholders. General knowledge of institutional services such as admissions, student receivables, and financial aid. General knowledge of UA's mainframe student information system (Banner). 58 Monthly (exempt): - Minimum - $ 37835.16 Midpoint - $ 54870.36
