Solicit, design, and market various non-credit programs for business organizations or professionals to target audiences in order to enhance professionalism or to provide certifications by open subscription or specified contract.

Required Minimum Qualifications

A minimum of a Master's degree in Adult Education, Continuing Education, or relevant field, such as Business, Sciences, Communications etc. with a minimum of three (3) years of professional work experience in higher education, corporate training, safety training, etc. OR a bachelor's degree in a specified related field and five (5) years of professional work experience in higher education, corporate training, safety training, etc. Ability to lead and manage diverse groups through the planning, development and delivery of major educational projects. The ability to initiate, develop, and complete projects and programs on schedule in an organized, timely manner. Experience in working in a leadership role with planning groups for major educational projects.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications:

Valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 21 years of age and have an acceptable motor vehicle report as determined by the insurance carrier. 59 Monthly (exempt): - Minimum - $ 43887.96 Midpoint - $ 63648.00
