Detailed Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Executive Education, this position coordinates and oversees the execution of all marketing for executive programs and events for the University as assigned by the Director. The marketing outreach objective is to find and enroll participants for executive programs. In addition, the position has responsibilities to manage key custom executive programs as well as assigned open enrollment programs.  

Additional Description of Duties:

With oversight by the Director, responsibilities for the position include:

Management of key custom programs with top revenue producing clients. Coordination with faculty on content and materials, communication and occasional meetings with client contacts regarding logistics and details, management of faculty contracts, assurance of payment.

Represent Executive Education as a primary contact for selected open programs, key account custom programs.
Provide primary point of contact for the department in the absence of the Director. Communicate via phone and email with potential participants who have responded to email or digital campaign inquiry requests.

Outreach to corporate contacts through social media, including LinkedIn and Twitter.

Drafting content for email campaigns, managing the list and executing these campaigns 1-2X monthly.

Oversight of the Executive Education digital marketing campaigns/microsites with Google adwords and LinkedIn advertisements coordinated with and through reports supplied by our external marketing consultant.

Drafting content for print pieces, email campaigns, department website and program microsites for review by the Director.

Managing contact databases for corporate participants and prospects using SalesForce, CVENT, MailChimp and other tools as assigned.

Monitoring traffic, budget and spending levels on a weekly and monthly basis for Google and LinkedIn campaigns.

Management of select 'open programs' as assigned, including client interface and communication, providing a professional Bentley 'face' for corporate participants throughout program duration, managing faculty materials and contracts, and insuring that all logistical details are in place and provide a professional executive brand for the University.

Website management using Drupal to design and revise department website for external corporate audiences.  

Position Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 5-8 years of experience in marketing and/or writing, communications, event management or public relations.

Must possess excellent analytical, written and interpersonal communication skills. Must have demonstrated professional experience and be a strong writer/editor/proofreader. Must have excellent attention to detail.

Experience managing a website presence (creating copy, updating copy, navigating, visuals) and email campaigns using Constant Contact, MailChimp, Hubspot or similar platform.

Knowledge of Drupal is preferred.
